I have been a hotonline customer since the early days when they were REX and JobTrack. I have always found their service and attention to customer satisfaction second to none and we use many large on-line job boards.

They always keep me appraised of new and up and coming products in a non-pushy, no hard sell manner. I don't have a constant turnover in account managers and it is nice that when I call with an enquiry that they actually know who I am. My consultants use both the advertising and the on-line database both of which yield fantastic results for both contract and permanent candidates.

The team constantly come up with new and exciting ideas but most importantly they also listen to their customer's ideas and act on them.
